The paper describes the results of numerical analysis of the process of formation of an axially symmetric electron beam in an inhomogeneous electric field created by a three-electrode electron-optical system. Particular attention is focused on the creation of the electron-optical system, which has to comply with the initial requirements for systems used in the micro X-ray sources manufacturing. |
