Popis:	Integrated control against Heliothis spp. and other cotton pests was attempted in a large-scale field test in 1967 near Santa Rosa, Texas. The results obtained when resistant strains of cotton were planted and nuclear polyhedral virus (Viron/H® and Biotrol VTN®) was applied for control of the boll worm, Heliothis zea (Boddie), and the tobacco bud worm, H. virescens (F.), compared favorably with those obtained in adjacent fields treated with methyl parathion or with methyl parathion in combination with ethyl parathion.
