Popis: | In this work, a relatively V T -insensitive single stage Organic Field-Effect Transistor (OFET) based differential amplifier with two cascaded diode-connected transistors used as load is presented. The design methodology of this circuit is shown. The proposed differential amplifier has 7 OFETs and gives a gain of 18.1 dB with a bandwidth of 0.4 kHz. Monte Carlo analysis is performed on the designed circuit to demonstrate mismatch and process variation of the OFET model parameters. |
