Popis:	Syntheses of S-alkynyl derivatives of phosphorus monothioacids with the triple bonds in the α, β, and γ positions are described. Compounds of the type R2P(O)SC≡CR′ show unusually high anticholinesterase ability (“acetylenic effect”).
