Popis: a result of dynamic freezing are uniformly distributed over the whole volume rather than forming a layer of ice. Plasma frozen in the dynamic mode is virtually isotropic over the container volume. This provides higher biological activity of the plasma frozen in the dynamic mode than that of the plasma frozen in the static mode. Distraction of biologically active molecules induced by storage of frozen plasma in the presence of salts is more pronounced in plasma frozen in the static mode than in plasma frozen in the dynamic mode.
