Popis:	Treating the hypertensive diabetic presents several special considerations that bear on the selection of antihypertensive agents and monitoring their effect. Most important in this regard are the increased likelihood of dyslipide-mia, renal disease, micro- and macrovascular disease, and autonomic neuropadiy. This short review will examine the therapeutic options available.
