Popis:	In this research we developed an ultra-compact X-ray tubes. The paper presents the results of investigations into the emission and dose characteristics of ultra-compact X-ray tubes. The dose distribution in the anode area along the height and azimuth of the X-ray tube is shown. The data on the dose dependence on time during exposure are illustrated.
