Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is widely applied to the car as the main drive motor and auxiliary motor. Usually these auxiliary motors have stable speed, small load changes, and there are space limit and large price ratio of position sensor and its supporting circuit in system. So it is essential and suitable to use sensor-less control in the full speed range.
