Popis: | The effect of the synthetic diazo dye L1, that titled 4,6-bis((E)-(2-nitrophenyl) diazenyl) benzene-1,3-diol in the Mus musculus L. from Balb/ C was deliberated. This diazo dye was revealed fine ability to destroy the cancer living cells and reduce the growth of human breast MDA-MB231 cancer cells. Injecting the L1 to the mice can affect the complete blood count (CBC) test in contrast with the control (C). The results were indicated that the variations) and the white blood cell count (WBC), were very slightly effected by L1 in contrast with C.
