| Popis: | Le contentieux constitutionnel apparaît peu sur les grands écrans, malgré quelques films aux États-Unis sur le sujet. En France, cette représentation ne déborde pas du petit écran (Baron Noir) en dépit de l’existence d’un véritable « procès constitutionnel ». La justice, envisagée simplement sous l’angle pénal au cinéma, empêche ainsi de développer une culture constitutionnelle et un imaginaire plus large au profit du citoyen-spectateur en la matière. Constitutional litigation is rarely shown on the big screen, beyond a few American films on the subject. In France, such representations do not extend beyond the small screen (Baron Noir), despite the existence of a veritable “constitutional trial”. The fact that films only look at the criminal aspect of the justice system prevents the development of a constitutional culture and a broader imaginary which would help the citizen-viewer’s understanding of it. |
