Popis:	Cryotherapy is the therapeutic application of extreme cold for local destruction of living tissue. This technique has been shown to be effective and safe in treating endobronchial lesions, particularly in patients with endobronchial carcinoma and airway obstruction. This article describes cryotherapy and its use in treating tracheobronchial disorders.
