| Popis: | 1. Pinealectomy on sexually mature blinded rats stimulates leucine-3H incorporation into the supraoptic, paraventricular, ventromedial, and arcuate nuclei of the hypothalamus. 2. Melatonin in a dose of 10μg reduces the incorporation of leucine-3H into these nuclei of pinealectomized rats down to the level obtaining after the mock operation. |
