Construction disputes in the construction industry is common and inevitable phenomenon. Under the condition of information asymmetry, hypergame situation often appear in the construction disputes. This paper discussed the reason of misunderstanding, and how to deal with the misunderstanding. In this paper, the author gives the preference vector determination method and the dynamic development mechanism of hypergame. It has practical significance for the development of the construction project disputes and equilibrium solution. |
