Popis: | The influence of three interfacial characteristics on the ballistic protection performance of double-layer steel plates is concluded through a numerical simulation of penetration of armor-piercing projectiles into double-layer steel plates with different interfacial characteristics. The research results show that the gap between double layers of steel plates has an adverse effect on the ballistic protection performance. The larger the gap is, the worse the ballistic protection performance is; appropriate interlaminar stress on double-layer steel plates can improve the ballistic protection of target plates; when the joint or fixed point of double-layer steel plates is too close to the impact point, the ballistic protection performance will demonstrate a downward trend. |
