Stamina and Survival of Coho Salmon Reared in Rectangular Circulating Ponds and Conventional Raceways

Popis:	Stamina measurements and post-release survival data were collected from marked 1969, 1970, and 1971 brood coho salmon (Oncorhynchus kitsutch) reared in rectangular circulating ponds and simulated raceways at Nehalem Hatchery, Oregon. Stamina was not a reliable index of survival potential, and the use of rectangular circulating ponds did not produce coho salmon yearlings with higher survival potential than those reared in raceways.
