Popis: | In this paper, we have developed a robust, reliable organic TFT process that allows the fabrication of organic TFTs and integrated circuits on a variety of substrates, including polyethylene naphthalate (PEN), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and paper. Although the static and dynamic TFT performance depends somewhat on the properties of the substrate material, we were able to demonstrate functioning ring oscillators on all three types of substrates (PEN,PET, and paper), with signal propagation delay as low as 22 /spl mu/sec per stage. |
