The goal of the article is to prioritize the effective management of infrastructure industries which would meet social, economic and other special requirements. It is meant to ensure and increase the connectivity of the territory of the North-Caucasian Federal District at the expense of modern infrastructure and communications. The author carries out the socioeconomic analysis, calculations and justification of the production development and sectoral infrastructure of the region. The basis of the study are the scientific papers of Russian and foreign scientists. The author uses the methods of economic and statistical analysis. Priority areas for the managerial improvement of the industrial infrastructure in the context of innovative changes have been identified. Scientific and practical results of the study can be used in forecasting the development of structural components of the production, information and communication structure of the country and its regions. The study allows achieving the following results: creating favorable conditions for the sustainable development of the export-import platform as a result of the improvement of the regulatory framework and the development of scientific and methodological foundations of the industry; maintaining the proper quality of export products in the process of their transportation from the producer to the consumer, as well as receiving the products by the consumer in the required volume, of appropriate quality and assortment due to the provision of services by infrastructure organizations. The results and recommendations obtained in the study can be used as a practical tool by regional authorities in the development of a strategy for the socio-economic development of problematic subjects of the North-Caucasian Federal District. In addition, the practical application of the authors concept will contribute to receiving export or import products by consumers on time and reducing costs by creating an effective management system. |
