The paper presents the flow chart of the internal power supply source of oil and gas processing plants (OGPP) with combined generation of heat and electric power, synthesis gas and complex waste disposal: low-potential hydrocarbon gases of the thermal utilization unit, black oil fuel of the gasification unit. The considered flow chart implements the principles of energy and resource efficiency, environmental safety and makes possible to get closer to the maximum closed-loop process cycles. The energy efficiency criteria system was developed to evaluate the efficiency of the proposed scheme integration with the energy complex and OGPP operational system. The most significant criteria of the energy and technical and economic efficiency are represented. On the basis of the mentioned criteria, the efficiency of the internal power supply source integration into the energy complex (EC) of OGPP was evaluated. |
