Popis: | Today, most democratic countries adopt the election system based on the notion of “one vote for one voter”. The winner will be determined by the total number of votes that s/he obtained. But will it be the optimal voting method considering the occurrence of the cracked vote? If there are two opposite sides and there are only two candidates one for each side, it would be adequate. But if there is only one candidate on one side and more than one candidate on other side, the latter votes will be cracked, thus the former side may win. Because of this phenomenon, each side strives to coordinate the candidate just to one. |
