Popis:	Reactions of 2-aminophosphonium salts with methyliodide in the presence of sodium hexamethyldisilazide(NaHMDS) gave N-methylated phosphonium salts which reacted benzaldehyde and isocyanates in the presence of NaHMDS to give ω-N-methyl-aminoalkenes and ω-N-phosphinoylamide.
