Popis:	Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Правовой статус Полномочного представителя Президента Российской Федерации по правам ребёнка». Целью данной работы выступает всестороннее изучение закономерностей возникновения, становления, развития и функционирования института Полномочного представителя Президента Российской Федерации по правам ребёнка. В качестве выводов в работе представлены предложения по устранению проблем и недостатков деятельности Полномочного представителя Президента Российской Федерации по правам ребёнка. The theme of the graduate qualification work: «The legal status of the plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation for the rights of the child». The purpose of this work is a comprehensive study of the laws of the emergence, formation, development and functioning of the insti-tution of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for the Rights of the Child. As conclusions, the paper presents pro-posals to eliminate the problems and shortcomings of the activities of the Plen-ipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for the Rights of the Child.
