Railways are considered as a source of negative environmental impact, and an object that is vulnerable to natural and man-made risks, therefore it is necessary to develop measures for normal operation and prevention of accidents. For this purpose, protection zones are developed and formed, their size depends on natural features of the area, level of environmental impact, or on the value of the object of protection. Land plots with established security zones are limited in their use. Anything that violates the regime of use of the protected object or may harm the environment or the public is prohibited or limited. |
