For ensuring reliable operation of converter device requires the development of effective protection systems in the event of various emergency conditions. It is necessary to evaluate the effect of the parameters of the electric circuit on the values of currents and voltages, as well as their rate of rise, in order to determine the requirements for protection devices. An example of an emergency mode is a short-circuit in any section of the electrical circuit of the converter device. The value of the short-circuit current and its rate of rise will be affected by a number of parameters that must be considered together. It is proposed to use the theory of a multifactorial experiment to determine the value of the short-circuit current and its rate of rise from parameters of the electric circuit. The article presents one-factor, two-factor and three-factor dependencies for an inverter circuit. |
