Popis: | Mechanical engineering software products such as ANSYS, Catia, SolidWorks and others offer both modules for designing different components or technological processes as well as modules for simulating their dynamic behavior. Therefore, a calculation of the vibration modes and frequencies of a structure through an analytical approach is very complicated, but the numerical approach is not so complex. However, in Finite Element Analysis the mesh size of the mesh elements is closely related to the calculation speed and the required precision. The paper aims to track the effect of the size of the finite element on the natural frequencies of a beam. |
