Popis:	Observations of feeding Grey Herons on the Y than indicate that firstyear birds are less efficient than adults at foraging for food. Smaller fish (under 150mm in length) are often swallowed alive, and flatfish (the chief prey there) are sometimes caught by being stabbed with one or both mandibles.
