Popis: This paper presents the concept of a personalized recommender system (RS) supporting the goal of improving gender-fairness in teaching. The RS is part of the Gender4STEM Teaching Assistant (GTA) that has been launched on 11 February 2019 as an essential part of the Gender4STEM project. A foreseen 12 months testing phase with more than 400 participants taking place in several European countries will provide valuable evaluation measures.
