Popis: Presentation of Case A 20-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital because of systemic lupus erythematosus and respiratory distress. The patient was a native of Cambodia and had resided temporarily in Thailand. There was a history of hepatitis at the age of 12 years. Seven years before admission she had had repeated bouts of fever that were believed to be secondary to malaria. Four years before entry she immigrated to this country, where a tuberculin skin test was found to be positive.
