Popis: | Tricyclic antidepressant (TCA) toxicity is common among children and adults due to widespread use. Tricyclic ant depressive drugs are widely used in suicide attempts and present a variety of deleterious effects. In this case report we present a patient with severe poisoning by ingestion of amitriptyline and clomipramine in which many complications were observed. |
