1. Objectives: Ÿ To prove that there is a role of IOTA ADNEX model in preoperative evaluation of adnexal masses. 2. Conclusion And Results: Ÿ In our study, out of 65 patients, most of the patients were ≤50 years of age. Age was statistically signicant with HPE (p0.032). Ÿ We found that, most of the patients had family history in Malignant group compared to Benign group but this was not statistically signicant (p-0.951).
