Popis: | Using the available biochemical markers associated to the Fetal Heart Rate (FHR) of 552 childbirths, we separate these signals into categories and calculate the average FHR for each category. Two classification schemes are adopted; the first one according to age of mother, and the second one according to the umbilical arterial pH. Our results demonstrate how the values of these biochemical markers affect the pattern of the average FHR. We also note that the noise levels increase significantly as we approach the time of delivery. |
