It is considered to be a prediabetic state. We looked at the data of 15 patients Aims and Objectives: diagnosed with reactive hypoglycemia based on the evidence of Continuous Glucose Monitoring, to determine the correlation of reactive hypoglycemia with HbA1c and Fasting Plasma Glucose. In this series we obs Results: erved a discordance between HbA1c and Fasting Plasma Glucose in patients with Reactive Hypoglycemia. In addition, there was also a subset of patients that demonstrated normal HbA1c and Fasting Plasma Glucose. As it has been observed that patients with suspecte Conclusion: d Reactive Hypoglycemia show varied discordance between HbA1c and Fasting Plasma Glucose, it is recommended to use Continuous Glucose Monitoring in the evaluation of all patients with a suspicion of Reactive Hypoglycemia
