In this paper studies an X-band ultra-wideband micro-balun based on LTCC, the working frequency of 7–13GHz, belonging to the X-band, the relative bandwidth is 60%. In this paper, from the design and manufacture of the product, combined with the theoretical basis, through the HFSS simulation software to complete the design, finally, it decided to use three coupling lines to improved Marchand Balun structure due to the realization of ultra-wideband, both to ensure high performance and ensure the size of the miniaturization. The final result of the design is the working bandwidth of 7–13GHz, insertion loss ≤ 4.0dB, VSWR less than ≤ 1.3, the phase difference ≤ ± 5 the final size of the design model is 1mm ∗ 1.5mm ∗ 0.85mm. |
