Popis: Energy demands are rising in all countries, particularly in emerging nations. Energy sector advances attempt to deliver high energy efficiency in energy systems, lower investment costs, and minimize emissions that are discharged into the environment, which are very detrimental to human health and cause climate change. Even the most advanced fossil fuel power plants may enhance their thermal efficiency to 47-62% with integrated power plants, as explained in this book. The purpose of this book is to investigate all current Energy Production Systems (including nuclear energy systems) in order to be beneficial to undergraduate/graduate engineering academics and professionals working in the energy field who wish to expand their understanding of energy. This book is composed in eight chapters. Each chapter of this book explains how theoretical knowledge is used in practice and performance analysis using examples. Problems and reference materials, on the other hand, are provided at the conclusion of each chapter. We hope that this book will be valuable for undergraduate and graduate students in Mechanical Engineering and Energy Engineering; we also feel that it will be useful as a reference book for engineers and researchers who run and construct power plants. Keywords: Energy, Efficiency environment, Power plants, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering
