Popis:	A rugged, stability-indicating HPLC method has been developed and validated for pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, doxylamine succinate and dextromethorphan hydrobromide in a commercial cough-cold liquid formulation. Effects of mobile phase composition on the capacity factors of 6 amine drugs commonly used in many over-the-counter cough-cold formulations have been studied. Based on the mobile phase optimization study, we can easily select an optimized HPLC condition for this method.
