Popis: | (1 − x)(NKL)(NST)O3 − x(Ba0.90Ca0.1)ZrO3 ceramics with (Ba0.90Ca0.1)ZrO3 substitution were synthesized and their physical characteristics were systematically analyzed. All specimens showed typical perovskite structure and no second phase was found according to (Ba0.90Ca0.1)ZrO3 substitution. When Ba0.90Ca0.1)ZrO3 substitution x = 0.02, the highest piezoelectric characteristics of d33 = 260 pC/N, er = 1904, kp = 0.4102, Qm = 106 were found for piezoelectric devices such as actuators and ultrasonic sensors. |
