| Popis: | Created Land as a concept has been increasingly raising questions for Urbanism and Law. This article aims to present and discuss, under the urban and legal perspectives, the nature, dimensions and developments of Created Land in the city of São Paulo. This approach is important because it fosters a discussion on the commodification of such virtual land, which, used with a redistributive purpose, is at risk of working in reverse through income generation and transfer. |
