The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between finance to economic/financial growth or crises. The paper develops a black box to help policy makers toward trying to introduce international/national economic growth or prevent financial and economic crises. Paul Wachtel's development financial/economic paradigm will be used to explain the relationship. Frederic Mishklin's analysis and framework on financial and economic crises will be explained and used to help develop the black box. |
