Popis: Gunshot wounds of the orbit represent about 6% of injuries in this area. We described the case of the removal of a shot from the left orbit of a 16-year-old girl, accidentally shot by a gun – a toy. The injury did not cause any loss of vision or ocular motility, as foreign body stuck in the orbital cone medially to the optic nerve and annular ring. Endoscopic surgery was performed to remove the ball through the sphenoid sinus using intraoperative navigation. In the postoperative period were observed the disorders of abduction of the left eyeball, which resolved completely after two months. The vision of the left eye remains at the same level as before the injury. Endoscopic removal of foreign body was an effective and safe treatment without loss of vision after injury.
