Popis:	A decisive influence is exerted on the resistance of the lining of a rotary kiln by the skin. For the formation of a protective layer (skin) it is necessary to select fractions of burnt dolomite so that only the finest parts (up to 10 mm) are subjected to strong sintering and attachment to the working surface of the lining. After the formation of the skin it is necessary to reduce the furnace charge of the easily sintered dolomite by 10–12%.
