Popis: Presentation of Case A 14-month-old boy was admitted to the hospital because of hepatomegaly, left-sided ptosis, and a bony lump on the forehead. The patient had been constipated for several months, passing one hard stool every two or three days with pain. Three months before admission, fevers began; his temperature rose as high as 39.4°C for two to three days.
