Cuando se dio un retraso de nueve meses en la contabilidad, pues se habia vuelto tan compleja, incluso problematizando la funcion administrativa; cabe anotar que la gran tarea del Fiscal y luego del Auditor, seria poner al dia la contabilidad, simplificarla y ocuparse de la organizacion de la Empresa, razon por la cual el Fiscal es nombrado como un alto ejecutivo.
