Popis: The present research deals with the aerodynamic analysis and flow visualization of a two wheeler rear view mirror. The function of a rear view mirror in bike determines its shape and size. At higher vehicle speed, the design is needed to be considered for aerodynamics and air flow visualization across the surface. This paper deals with a right side rear view mirror design mostly used on commonly used two wheelers in India and its aerodynamic analysis in Ansys Fluent Software at a fixed vehicle speed. The pressure and velocity contours are analysed and oil flow visualization is determined to study the air flow. The overall research concludes with a useful result for aerodynamic motor vehicle mirror design and its analysis.
