Popis: | There has been substantial attention in the expansion of new thiosemicarbazide derivatives with diverse biological activities in recent years. Therefore, many scientists have prepared this class of derivatives as target structures and estimated their biological activities. Recent research mainly described an important collection of very effective and highly selective thiosemicarbazide analogues having various biological activities. This report is principally addressed to the account of the recent advances in the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds hybrid thiosemicarbazides and their biological profile along with structure-activity relationship (SAR) study, which can assist the expansion of different thiosemicarbazide derivatives having a wide range of medicinal applications. This review pronounces the literature survey concerning the various heterocyclic scaffolds hybrid thiosemicarbazide derivatives in the last twenty years (2001-2020). |
