Popis: | The properties of a new domain structure, the equilibrium hexagonal lattice of spiral domains in ferrimagnetic films with perpendicular anisotropy were experimentally studied. The intervals of the bias fields and temperatures under which the lattice can be formed are determined. Temperature and field intervals of spiral domain lattice stability are found. The influence of planar fields on the formation and stability of the spiral domain lattice is studied. It is shown that the symmetry of structure formed is determined by a triaxial anisotropy in the film plane. |
