Popis: | The luminescent devices based on the arrays of colloidal quantum dots of metal chalcogenides were created. The devices were based on a single package “phosphor — UV AlGaN-GaN LED” system. High color rendering index (CRI) of 95–97 was achieved. The color characteristics were shown to be stable. It was also shown that the color characteristics did not depend significantly on the forward current of the light emitting diode. What is more, higher temperature stability was achieved by using colloidal quantum dots of different sizes. |
