Popis: The chapter is devoted to research into the process of the application of breakthrough digital technologies including Big Data management and data analysis for solving the current problems of statistical accounting and analysis in view of the spheres of the modern economy in the conditions of Industry 4.0. The authors prove the insufficiency of the existing statistical data bases for the key spheres of a modern economy—agriculture, education, energy and minerals extraction, financial sphere, health care, trade, and hi-tech—using the examples of the indicators calculated by the World Bank and determine the limitations of the existing tools of analysis of large arrays of statistical information using Excel. Based on this, the authors substantiate the necessity for adapting the breakthrough digital technologies with Big Data management and data analysis to the needs of statistical accounting and analysis of the spheres of the modern economy in the conditions of Industry 4.0. As a result, a conceptual model of application of breakthrough digital technologies and Big Data management and data analysis is developed for statistical accounting and analysis of the spheres of the modern economy in the conditions of Industry 4.0. The authors offer applied solutions for the usage of these technologies in view of the spheres of a modern economy. An algorithm of statistical accounting and analysis of the spheres of a modern economy in the conditions of Industry 4.0 on the basis of breakthrough digital technologies with Big Data management and data analysis is offered.
