Works of domestic and foreign authors within development of the theory and practice of application of modern approaches to management of resource ensuring innovative activity are characterized. The relevance of approach to improvement of a system of the organization and management of resource ensuring innovative activity is proved, the main objectives and the directions of a research are formulated. Top trends of dynamics of resource potential for innovative activity are revealed, the problem of transformation of resources in aspect of strategic management is identified, the factors determining the value of resources are opened, recommendations about formation of organizational bases of management of the resource potential which is necessary for activation of innovative activity are stated. Greater focus is placed on the need for acceleration of integration processes in the sphere of science, business and education. Special attention at the same time is paid to consideration of opportunities of commercialization as to effective tools of a transfer of intellectual property items. Taking into consideration the complexity of strategic management processes of resource potential with due regard to real economic opportunities, including the maintenance of effective functioning of an innovative system, the place of the studied object on a set of the considered alternatives is defined. For identification of competitiveness rating in a set of three comparison subjects which range all studied objects by certain criteria recommendations about holding competitive procedures are offered. At all variety of conditions of innovative economy, the possibility of adoption of organizational management decisions on the basis of combination theory is shown. |
