Popis:	The interaction of elemental sulfur with the shale dihydric phenols aimed at the synthesis of monoand polythio-(bis)alkylresorcinols has been studied. We have performed preliminary experiments on the preparation of these products based on the concentrates of 5-methylresorcinol with the content of the base material from 52 to 91 wt %.
