| Popis: | В статье исследуется роль малых инновационных предприятий в развитии экономики на современном этапе, приводятся подходы к пониманию их сущности. Авторами проводится анализ взаимосвязи динамики изменения инновационной активности регионов и территориальных округов с динамикой создания малых инновационных предприятий, в том числе медицинской направленности в Российской Федерации. Выявляется важность создания малых инновационных предприятий на базе научных и учебных заведений, исследуются проблемы создания и предлагаются направления решения. The article examines the role of small innovative enterprises in the development of the economy at the current stage, provides approaches to understanding their essence. The authors analyze the relationship between the dynamics of changes in innovative activity of regions and territorial districts with the dynamics of creating small innovative enterprises, including medical ones in the Russian Federation. The importance of creating small innovative enterprises on the basis of scientific and educational institutions is identified, the problems of creation are investigated and solutions are proposed.
