Popis: | Old buildings often suffer from poor energy management and lacking of good internal communication, which leads to suboptimal operation efficiency and reliability. This paper describes a system named SIPSA (Secure IoT Protocol-Based Smart Adapter) for communicating and optimizing building energy management with smart grid. SIPSA works in parallel with the building systems to continuously conduct communication and optimization at the multiple stages in the system workflow and provide real-time actions for efficiency improvement. |
